Our Trust Score (0–100) reflects how confident we are in a retailer's legitimacy and reliability. We evaluate:

  • Established retailer: Registered business with verifiable company details and trading history.
  • Clear VAT invoice: Provides proper tax documentation for business and consumer purchases.
  • Buyer protection & returns: Offers refunds for non-working keys and honours consumer rights.
  • Customer support: Responsive support channels (email, phone, chat) with reasonable response times.
  • Transparent licensing: Clearly states license type (Retail/OEM) and regional restrictions.
  • No revocation reports: No credible history of customers reporting deactivated keys.
Why this matters: We actively exclude grey-market sellers offering suspiciously cheap keys. If a price seems too good to be true, it usually is—and you risk your key being revoked by Microsoft. Our listed retailers may cost more, but they provide legitimate licenses that won't disappear.

Trust Score: Our proprietary rating (0-100) based on the criteria above. Higher is better. Scores 85+ indicate highly trusted retailers.
